Born in Chile and trained in French cuisine, Chef Carlos brings a unique perspective to St. Augustine's culinary scene.

His journey began in his grandmother Berta's kitchen, where he learned the importance of cooking with love and respect for ingredients.

After completing his culinary degree, Chef Carlos honed his skills in various prestigious kitchens before making St. Augustine his home.
